How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Custom engraved orders may require an additional 2-3 days for processing.
Does my Zippo lighter come with fuel?
For safety reasons, all Zippo lighters are shipped empty. You will need to purchase Zippo premium lighter fluid separately to fill and use your lighter.
What is the 'Lifetime Guarantee'?
Our world-famous guarantee states: 'It works or we fix it free.' If your Zippo windproof lighter ever fails mechanically, we will repair it at no cost, regardless of its age.
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
