We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zippo purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unused product in its original gift box or packaging, ensuring all safety seals remain intact for lighters and fuel-based products.

• 3.
  Ship to Zippo

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
